KINDLY NOTE:
Guest Mailing Address orders will be charged a small Typesetting & Set Up Fee of $0.30 Per Address. This fee has already been included in the Addressing Style Purchase Options.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Printed Guest Mailing and Return Address. Envelopes are NOT included.

This listing is intended to be a Printing Service Order or Add On. It is great for those in need of Printed Addressing Services on Envelopes already purchased or for those looking to add Printed Addressing Services to any of the Invitation & Card Listings in our shop.

Customers may provide/ship their own Envelopes to us or they may purchase Envelopes from us, if needed. Customers opting to ship their own Envelopes to us are kindly asked to provide between 10 to 20 Extra Envelopes to account for Test Printing and for any Print Process related Errors. Customers shipping their own Envelopes to us will be charged a Return Shipping Fee.

Orders are sold in various Quantity Type Options.

PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS

Customers will have the choice between the following options:

AVAILABLE FONT OPTIONS:
Various Fonts. Customers will receive a Digital Consultation Sheet with a narrowed selection of font options that will be compiled & based on the information sent to us by the Customer in the Personalization Area, along with any photo samples & attachments sent to us via Etsy Email.

Customers will have the ability to modify the following items:

CONTENT:
Addressing wording may be altered and personalized as desired to suit a customer's specific needs.

FONT & ILLUSTRATION COLOR:
All font & illustration colors may be customized and personalized up to 2 colors.

HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1:
Select your desired Addressing Style from the "What Addressing Style Would You Like?" drop down menu.

STEP 2:
Select your desired Quantity Type from the "How Many Would You Like?" drop down menu. Orders are sold in various options.

STEP 3:
Select your desired Quantity for the selected Quantity Type.

Customers may need to add various Quantity Types & Quantities to their cart to select the exact Quantity that is desired for their order.

STEP 4:
Kindly provide your initial desired font type description & information in the provided Personalization area and, if applicable, your desired Return Address.

STEP 5:
Add to your cart, then checkout!

STEP 6:
Customers who have placed a Guest Mailing Address Order should kind provide us with their Addressing List via email as a Microsoft Word or Excel File attachment. Customers should send us their Envelope Addressing List and Information exactly as they would like it to appear on their Envelopes.

STEP 7:
We will put together a Digital Consultation Sheet that will contain your Order Mock Up that will be based on the initial notes provided in the Personalization area.

Digital Consultation Sheets will be set up & emailed to the email address on file with Etsy within 2 to 3 Business Days.

STEP 8:
Kindly review the Order Mock Up we've designed for you and send us any revisions you have.

Customers will receive 3 Free Drafting Rounds. Additional Drafting Rounds will be charged a $5.00 Drafting Fee.

STEP 9:
Once everything is JUST PERFECT, send us your written approval & we will take care of the rest!

STEP 10:
Print Orders will be Produced & Shipped in 5 to 7 Business Days. HOORAY!

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Orders will be shipped via USPS Box.

Customers may Cancel their order, but only before receiving their Digital Consultation Sheet. Once a Digital Consultation Sheet has been emailed, the Period of Cancelation will no longer be available.

We do apologize, but we do not offer Returns for completed Print Orders. The sale will be considered a Final Sale. Customers with any issues with their order should absolutely reach out to us via Email and we will see what we can do to help! Issues made in error by us will be promptly fixed and replaced free of charge.

    What is your Average Turnaround & Shipping Time?

    Our Turnaround Time varies from item to item, and depends heavily on what is needed in terms of a Customer's artwork & production requirements as well as how quickly we receive a Customer's order information, drafting corrections & proof approvals.

    We typically create a first round Digital Mock Up & Proof for Customers within 2 to 3 days that is sent to their Etsy Email.

    Once a customer has approved their Final Order Proof, their order will go into production and will be shipped out within 48 hours of being completed.

    Any delays due to weather, season, etc., will be posted in our Shop Announcements.

    Orders with any outstanding Custom Order Listings or Invoices will not be shipped until such items have been appropriately settled.

    What if I need my order quickly and require it to arrive within a certain Time Frame or by a particular Date?

    No problem! Just send us a note prior to placing an Order and we will see what we can do to help and try to accommodate your Rush Order Request.

    Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to get in touch!

    Customers are kindly asked to please be mindful that given the handmade and highly customized nature of our Artwork & Products, we keep strict Studio Office Hours & Production Calendar.

    Studio Responses to Customer Inquiries & Orders can and may be impacted due to our Studio Hours of Operation, the Time of Year/Season, and the continued Supply Chain & Labor Issues related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

    We thank our Customers for their patience & understanding.

    Do you charge Rush Fees for a Rush Production Request?

    No! We understand that things come up and strive to work with our Customers to assist them through their project & design needs.

    OH NO! What if something went wrong with my order?

    It's ok - DON'T PANIC! :.)

    While many of the items in our shop are Final Sale due to their Digital or Handmade nature, we are still ALWAYS willing to listen and see what we can do to help!

    We kindly ask and strongly encourage customers to please reach out to us first and give us the opportunity to try to help fix what's gone wrong.

    Orders with errors made by Dina Paola Designs will be fixed & replaced immediately and free of charge.

    Issues & Costs associated with Orders not caused by Dina Paola Designs, will be evaluated & determined on a case by case basis.

    Do you offer Custom Artwork Services?

    Yes! We ABSOLUTELY offer Custom Artwork Services.

    Many of the items in our shop already include options for Customization & Personalization free of charge. Information concerning what can be changed & altered can be in found in the Item's Studio Spec and Information Listing Photo, the Add Your Personalization Area, and within the Item Details of the Listing.

    In addition, some of our items offer Services for completely Custom Artwork Services, and we strongly encourage interested Customers to take a look and see if they might fit their needs!
