Option 1:
A Smooth Finished 80 LB Cover Card Stock.
Option 2:
An Italian 35% Cotton 111 LB Cover Card Stock.
Paper Weight refers to the weight and thickness of a particular card stock. The higher the weight, the heavier and thicker the paper in most cases. May vary from paper house to paper house & paper to paper.

HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1:
Select your desired Paper Type and Set Size from the "What Paper Type & Set Size Would You Like?" drop down menu.
STEP 2:
Select your desired Finish Option from the "What Finish Would You Like?" drop down menu.
STEP 3:
In the Personalization Area, enter in the requested information. Customers placing a Blank Order should simply mark "N/A" to fulfill this required field and proceed with their order.
STEP 4:
Select your desired Quantity and add to your cart. Repeat STEPS 1 through 4 to create a Custom Quantity to suit your Specific Order Needs.
STEP 5:
Then checkout!
STEP 6:
Orders will be Produced & Shipped in 5 to 7 Business Days. HOORAY!
Customers who have placed a Printed Order will receive a Digital Studio Mock Up & Proof Consultation Sheet from us that will contain 3 Design Ideas & Mock Ups that will be based on the initial notes provided in the Personalization Area. Printed Order Content may be customized & personalized as desired!
Digital Studio Mock Up & Proof Consultation Sheets will be set up & emailed to the email address on file with Etsy within 2 to 3 Business Days.
Customers will receive 1 Free Additional Mock Up, if needed, and 3 Free Drafting Rounds. Additional Mock Ups will be charged a $5.00 Design & Mock Up Fee Per Additional Mock Up, and Additional Drafts will charged a $5.00 Drafting Fee Per Additional Draft.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Orders will be shipped via USPS Envelope or Box.
BLANK TENTED CARD ORDERS
U.S. CUSTOMERS should kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know of the Return, and should ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS will be allowed a Return Period of 14 days under the EU’s Distance Selling Laws.
All Returns not claimed and processed within the specified Return Periods will be considered FINAL SALE.
All returned merchandise must be sent back in the same condition in which it was sent. We take great care in the manner in which we ship our orders to ensure that the delicate, handmade merchandise arrives safely, securely, and undamaged. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted back and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Refunds for returned orders will be processed once the item has been received. All customers will be refunded for the cost of the item only, and will be responsible for returned merchandise packing and shipping fees.
PRINTED TENTED CARD ORDERS
Customers may Cancel their order, but only before receiving their Digital Consultation Sheet. Once a Digital Consultation Sheet has been emailed, the Period of Cancelation will no longer be available.
We do apologize, but we do not offer Returns for completed Print Orders. The sale will be considered a Final Sale. Customers with any issues with their order should absolutely reach out to us via Email and we will see what we can do to help! Issues made in error by us will be promptly fixed and replaced free of charge.

Our Turnaround Time varies from item to item, and depends heavily on what is needed in terms of a Customer's artwork & production requirements as well as how quickly we receive a Customer's order information, drafting corrections & proof approvals.
We typically create a first round Digital Mock Up & Proof for Customers within 2 to 3 days that is sent to their Etsy Email.
Once a customer has approved their Final Order Proof, their order will go into production and will be shipped out within 48 hours of being completed.
Any delays due to weather, season, etc., will be posted in our Shop Announcements.
Orders with any outstanding Custom Order Listings or Invoices will not be shipped until such items have been appropriately settled.
No problem! Just send us a note prior to placing an Order and we will see what we can do to help and try to accommodate your Rush Order Request.

Studio Responses to Customer Inquiries & Orders can and may be impacted due to our Studio Hours of Operation, the Time of Year/Season, and the continued Supply Chain & Labor Issues related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Orders with errors made by Dina Paola Designs will be fixed & replaced immediately and free of charge.
Issues & Costs associated with Orders not caused by Dina Paola Designs, will be evaluated & determined on a case by case basis.
